No. Updating your listing is free.

### Can I improve my Dogs Away score?

Your score reflects what your customers say about you over time. The best way to raise it is more happy customers who share their experience. We never change scores by hand, and updating your listing never changes your score.

### My facility isn’t listed. Can I add it?

Yes. Send us your business name and address. If you are in an area we cover, we add you. If not, we add your city to our list for future areas.

### Something on my listing is wrong. How do I fix it?

Use “Update your listing” and tell us what to change (hours, services, prices, phone, or a closure). We confirm you run the business, then make the change, usually within a few days.

### How do you protect my listing from false changes?

Only someone we can confirm runs the business can request a change. We confirm through the contact details already connected to your facility, and we review every change before it goes live.
